How should one create monthly budgeting template in Excel?

Excel provides several ready made templates for various purposes which you can download and modify as per your requirements.

You can access those templates by following below steps:

• Go to file in Excel
• Click on 'more templates' in home tab
  
•  Here you get separate tab for 'budgets' from where you can download a suitable template or you can search online for more templates
