- You will first send your requirement to me by using my email id firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will then have a telephonic conversation to discuss your requirement in detail. Service will be provided to you as per your needs and requirements. For non-tech services, I will help you to review the final work done with the help of screen share software. For tech services, I can directly connect you through Zoom video call to the respected professional for discussion and better understanding.
- Please give enough time to the experts to deliver your project. They don't entertain short notice projects.
- I will provide you the payment link to pay full amount in advance for all services on this website to book your order. You won't pay to the professional directly. Instead, you pay to me to make refund process easier for me, if needed. If you don't like the service, don't give your approval. I will return entire amount to you. You are not bound to pay for something you don't like.
- No refund request will be entertained after you accept the final delivery, except for any genuine legal issue, copyright, and plagiarism related issues, if you come across later. Full refund will be made to you if you face any such issue later. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- For online training sessions, I will pay to the online tutor once you are satisfied with the tutor's free session/s. No refund will be made to you by me after payment is made by me to the tutor.
- After sale service for tech related services will depend upon the availability of tech professionals. Owner of this website is not responsible for after sales service.
