How to count the no of entries in Excel based on selected drop down menu in a table?

You can follow following steps to get a count of number of entries in Excel based on selected drop down menu in a table:
  1. Apply filter on the table
  2. Select all filtered entries in one column


3. Excel status bar shows the number of selected cells that contain data
