How do you insert hyperlinks in Excel?
How do you insert hyperlinks in Excel?
Rajesh Pathak
Hyperlink helps you to navigate between worksheets or pages or folders. Hyperlinks can create useful indexing of the topics in your documents.
You can follow below steps to insert hyperlinks in Excel:
Select the cell in which you want to use hyperlink
Press
Ctrl K
to open 'insert hyperlink' dialog box
Text to display should contain the name of the hyperlink text
Address field should contain the URL where you want hyperlink to take people to
If you want to create hyperlink to navigate between worksheets in the same workbook, then use the option 'place in this document'
You can use other two options 'create new document' and 'email address' as per your requirement
Once done, press OK
