To create random values, we use RANDBETWEEN function of excel.
Just select the range of cells and apply this function. First argument is the smallest number, and second argument is the largest number.
For example, you want to generate numbers between 1 to 51. So, formula will be: =RANDBETWEEN (1,51)
Hit control and enter and random numbers within defined range will be generated. Every time you press F9 key, new random numbers will come on the sheet.
