I would like to suggest following:
  1. Join a gym
  2. Be engaged in outdoor games like cricket, football, etc.
  3. If interested, then learn some computer skills
  4. You can also try to learn musical instruments
  5. You can learn a new foreign language
  6. You can start teaching
  7. If money making interests you, then try to earn money from the source of your choice
