When you press Alt button on keyboard, you get to see several alphabets or combination of alphabets in the ribbon. For example, when you press Alt + H, you are in home tab. Then press B and border options will open.
There are several shortcut keys available in the ribbon which can make you overwhelm after certain stage. So, jot down only those which you find more useful for you in your daily use and practice them every day.
