How can one strictly follow one's day schedule and control one's nerves to not procrastinate one's studies?

Tiredness is all in our mind, not in body.

When we are more inclined towards entertainment and passing our time on leisure activities, we give excuse that we are tired. But that is not the truth.

Imagine you don’t have any source of entertainment at your home or nobody to talk to during your free time or nobody to play with. You are single in your room. Then it would be difficult for you to pass every minute.

Only thing you must complete is your course and study. So, you will focus on your study even after coming back home from your classes because you have nothing else to do.

But if you have cable connection in your TV, your smartphone is loaded with internet data, you have plenty of mobile balance for chit-chat, you have a pet to play with, you have your family members to sit with and spend your remaining time, then it would be easy for you to let yourself convince that you are tired and can’t handle more study related load.

So, to become successful with your goals you must remove these obstacles and distractions so that you can focus on what is required.

Another thing you can do is sleep early and wake up early. As they say, early to bed early to rise makes a person healthy wealthy and wise.
