Write the steps to change and save the file in MS Excel?

Here are the steps:
  1. Open Excel
  2. Make necessary changes in the worksheet
  3. Press F12 to save the file - provide file name - keep the default file format - save
  4. Alternatively, go to file - save as - provide file name - keep the default file format - save
