How do you remove the extra space from the column in an Excel sheet?

I can suggest two methods to remove spaces:
  1. You can use TRIM function to remove spaces.
  2. You can use flash fill also. Type the correct word in adjacent column’s first cell without any space. Hit enter. Press Control E. Job done.
